Efficiency and speedy deliveries – our chief priorities!
We fly out goods twice a week, and goods on average goods arrive within 5 to 7 days. Sea freight takes about 14 days on average. Freight charges are dependent on the KES?USD rate, and you will be advised of the amount in KES before you place the order. The freight charges are inclusive of import duties.

If your goods are delicate, we provide extra packaging at a fee to reduce chances of breakage during transit. We establish whether extra packaging is necessary once your goods arrive at our warehouse.
